A girl called mariah did not go to sleep for 3 days and then overslept so did not have time to go to the convention day.


One beautiful pretty girl who got ready for convention day and stayed 3 days up just for this day to come so her and her 5 friends can go to the convention day but she fell into a very deep sleep. And she had a dream…

Let's go to the top of the volcano we are nearly there (rumbling) Please tell me that your stomach “nope that not me why what did you hear something” I think you no what “nope no I do not” Well that good(THUNDER) “THAT DOES NOT SOUND GOOD” Because it's not run. “Run up or down” if you don't know where to go then sit there. “If you say so” That's called sarcastic now if you don’t mind I'm going to run for my life (Screaming) Wind blowing as hard as a can. Thunderstrike as loud as a car red fire coming out of the volcano hot burning colourful bright lights fire. Wind blowing like crazy. White,light,Bright,Colourful,Shiny,Thunder people screaming as they are going to crack into pieces. UFO Surrounding New Zealand Aliens coming from the sky. What do you want, Aliens? We want a human brain. I’m no human I'm a robot you don't want my brain we eat brain (Nooooooo) Mariah mariah Yes “are you ok you have been sleeping for 5 hour” oh that ok so let go to the convention day. Sorry Mariah but we really wanted to go with you but you overslept so we went without you sorry you don’t sleep for 3 days that is why you overslept “oh” that ok.


Mariah did not finish her bucket list because the convention day was the last thing she has going to do.

Mariah.l - There was a flu that killed 9,000 new zealanders. 19,000 New Zealanders also died in the war during 1914-1918. There were 3 more serious flu’s in New Zealand, in 1957-1968 and 2009. Now we have another one in 2019/2020 called (Covid-19) or Coronavirus.16 people died because of (Covid-19).In 2020 we have better living conditions, better ways to communicate (internet, TV, phones) and better hygiene (showering etc) than the people did in 1918 so we are less likely to get a virus like the flu. However, we are increasing our chances of getting a virus because of industrial farming, and international travel.

NZ’s killed by the Flu:9,000 Over a 2 month year period.

A Fun time with my Family.

“Kids get ready for today” it's going to be a bright day
today.”Shouted dad in a happy voice.” We all signed
and glanced at one another. Without asking where we
were heading off, I got ready and we all sat in the car.
As we drove, I was excited to see that we were not
heading off to Pak and Save. I wondered… where we
were going?

As we hopped out of the car I dash up the hill and back
down the hill and into the skatepark.

Dad had sneaked our skateboards into the car.When
my dad got our skateboards out I was super excited
because I was the only one who knew how to ride a
skateboard out of my whole siblings.

We all had a good day on monday.

It was Fun,Excited,Explosive, and we all worth happy…

One evening, maui took gourds of water
and put out every, fire in the pa.In the
morning people were furious with maui.
You stupid said the people.Now you must
go south to the volcano.OK said maui.But
nobody would go with him.His only
friends the birds joined him.

The land was dry and bare.Deep in the
heart of the smoking mountain maui could
see a flicker of flame.

Maui saw an old woman crouched over the
fire.Maui thought the old woman was his
aunty.She was maui aunty.She plucked
one fire for her thumb and gave it to
Maori take good chair of the flame it's is
sacred she said.

Maori dropped the fire he in the water
he wondered what will happen when he
dropped it a little flicker and then it's
disappeared.Auntie can I have some more
of your flames as he complained to his
auntie.

Maori dropped it again in the water and a
little flickr as always and then
disappeared.
For every fire he got he complain and
complain.
I dropped it,the wind blew it out,a birds
scooped it down and took it,it started
raining,
I sneezed and it blew out,I tripped and
it dropped,a taniwha trod on it.

Auntie auntie I need one more.No!!!! said
maui auntie.I am up to my last flame.
Maui’s
auntie was furious with him to.So she
turned into angry aunty.Flames came
out of her clothes.

As he watched the volcano smoking really
hard.He snapped a some little bit of
branches
on the tree.Maui thought the fire might
be in one of them.

A flame pops up when he started rubbing.
Yay fire.Thank you Maori said the people
of the pa.

In The 1850s the new settlements grew & the Pakeha had more power over New Zealand.

Farmers wanted more & more land but the maori did not want to sell their land.
This was especially true of the waikato & Taranaki Areas.

For maori the land was sacred a had on to their grandchildren as a gift.

Many maori were worried that the Europeans were getting stronger & more control.

Numerous become worried when they saw the European population rapidly enlarge.
Then by 1858 there were as many Pakeha as Maori in Aotearoa

(New Zealand).  

There were also question of who owned the land. Some Maori even sold the land which
they did not own. And in the past such many arguments has been settled by fighting.

But Then in 1860 the war stop between the British soldiers & the north land tribles.
Battles were in Taranaki the waikato and also near Tauranga.

The class and I went outside to
grab some important information
about autumn.

When we were outside
Mrs Sharma told us to
smell,look and listen.Then
Mrs Sharma told us to go and
scampered off to the fields and
heard the birds chirping every
second it's made music to my
ears.

RAINBOW’S END.

“Hi everyone!” said my coach. that yelled. “How are you’s?” whispered coach. “we are good” said the kids.The kids and the mums

and dads. We're excited to go to rainbows end and when we went to rainbows end we could choose our rides. But me and my family early chose our rides in order. We went on the log, the roller coaster, the bumper cars, the family cards and we went to the power surge and the rides was so exciting to go on. We went on a bus to go to rainbows end and the  people who were there are my friends. Me and my brother and my family and my coach and my friend's mums and dads. After we went to rainbows end we went to ganges to have some fun and we had lots of food. When we finished we went to the church and we went to the coaches house and then we went to our house and we went to sleep and it was on a Saturday. I hope I go again next year and I want to go again.
