On Wednesday was my softball game and we got 5 home runs and then we won the first game and it was 5 to 1.And then we won the last 2 games and lost 2 games.PT England was 1th place. T.P.S team 1 came 2th place.

Hi my name is Mariah I love to go to Tamaki Primary School. Tamaki Primary is located in 11A Alamein Road, Panmure, Auckland 1072.And 215 kids in Tamaki Primary School.





Tamaki Primary has School Values called Ako,Manaakitanga,Whanaungatanga,Mana Tangata and Kaitiakitanga. Ako means Teaching and learning, Manaakitanga means caring for other, Whanaungatanga means building positive relationship, Mana Tangata means rangimarie respect,Tukumarie, Kaitiakitanga means guardianship.





I have been in Tamaki Primary School since I was 5 year old. Now I am 10 years old and I am a year 7.Since I was 5 I had a lot of teachers and some of them moved.

What is Te Whare Tapa Wha/Hauora

What is Te Whare Tapa Wha/Hauora?

Hauora is thinking about the 4 dimensions (parts) of Maori health. It is represented

by a 4 sided house (called a Wharenui). The 4 sides are Taha Whanau (social), Taha

Tinana (physical), Taha Wairua (spiritual) and Taha Hinengaro (emotional). All 4 parts

are important and need to be equal - if one is not healthy, the others are affected.


Taha Tinina (physical health) includes eating healthy, workouts and exercise, drink

water, shower regularly and brush your teeth.



Taha Wairua (spiritual health) includes your beliefs like God.


Taha Hinengaro (emotional health) includes depression, anxiety, if you are happy

or sad.





Taha Whanau (social health) includes family, friends, classmates and other

relationships.
